Steinar was born in 1991 in Tromso, Norway, where he grew up in an active outdoorsy lifestyle, filled with mountains, northern lights, hikes, sled-dogs and horses. He is the middle child in a family of 5, and notoriously the odd one out.
Steinar moved to America after finishing a year in the Army, to pursue a career in Software Engineering. America was where he first got his feet wet regarding acting, and participated in the school's theater performance.
After finishing a degree in Software Engineering from University of North Dakota in America, Steinar worked as a Software Developer before moving to Australia, whereas he worked as an Actor and Chef for 1 year until Covid (2020) hit Australia.
During Covid, Steinar was forced to put his acting career on hold, and returned to the field of Engineering back in Norway. As soon as restrictions were lifted, he yet again returned to the life of an actor, this time, fully devoted to make a career switch, pursuing his dream and passion.
